Light Wash Potion - a blessing and balming for our most interior spaces

Like the sun washing and illuminating the less tended face of the moon - this potion is meant to bless, clear, and restore our most interior spaces to restore the flow of life force. As an earth-honoring people, we do NOT revere the light above the dark - we see that as racist hogwash. We know the light as consciousness and the darkness as mystery - what is holy, and honest, is their beautiful dance together. This wash is meant to bring warmth and consciousness gently to the interior spaces we may resist, deny, or neglect - to support our integration at a cellular level - and help with both, joyous embodiment and true accountability in these times.

We suggest you work with it in ritual practice in combination with Nora’s beautiful song - Honey in the Sun - to repeatedly soften edges, release trauma from the body/psyche, and build capacity and resilience through relationship.

Ingredients:

The resonant foundation of this potion is Mutual Regard - Culture Mending Resonant Medicine. As a culture-mending medicine, Mutual Regard helps us to dismantle systems of violence (within us and in the world) and reconnect with our ancestral inheritance of a culture of common sovereignty - a culture in which the sanctity of every presence on earth is properly honored. White Yarrow Flower Essence helps us to honor our own sacred boundaries and personal sovereignty (what we accept), while Linden Flower Essence helps us be conscious of and responsible for our impact on the sovereignty of all other beings (what we dish). Mutual Regard helps us to walk our talk and embody sound, earth-honoring, and liberation-oriented values.

This lovely elixir is very, very easy to brew - we want to make it easy for you - and it’s a tasty, nutritive, anti-inflammatory gem. We suggest it for evening wind down - or ritual blessing time along with the Light Wash and other ritual accouterment - but seriously - have it when you need it.
