
Starry Mantle Meditation
For this tradition, aim to find yourself a window of quiet, uninterrupted time -- phone on airplane mode, “do not disturb” sign on the door, kids sound asleep in bed or able to settle down with you - whatever will afford you a little window of peace. Let yourself settle into the space, whether that means lighting a candle, burning some herbs, stretching your body and/or following your breath.
