Our daytime resonant medicine - we start the day with this rose-golden, luminous potion to support our emotional vitality and resilience. Resonant medicines help us to bring our own vibe into harmony with the generous and resplendent vibe (resonance) of this gorgeous garden in space called earth. As a culture-mending medicine, Mutual Regard helps us to both dismantle systems of violence as they live within us and in the world, and reconnect with our deeply held ancestral inheritance of earth-honoring ways. This is a phenomenal, sunny, and slightly warming bitter blend that supports liver function, healthy digestion, and optimal nutrient absorption. Many cultures all over the world employ the use of bitters in foods and herbal formulas to promote vitality and health. What could be better than this sunny and tasty version of a bitter formula to see you through the winter months? It is truly uplifting and effective: you simply accompany each meal with 2 droppers of this bright elixir (either in water or straight onto your tongue).
We’ve popped this potion into two 2 oz bottles to make it easier for any who are away from home during your days or have to be out and about during mealtime. This way you can keep one bottle at home and one bottle with you to make it easier to take your dose with each meal.

This formula does so much to protect our health. A simple and outstanding daily nutritive supplement that not only serves as a concentrated source of the minerals we need but also helps us to better absorb the minerals already present in our meals. Minerals are best drawn into vinegar as a medium and are essential to every aspect of our health; one tablespoon daily works wonders to boost our vitality and endurance. If you are a vinegar lover (they are among us) you can pop one tablespoon into a glass of water to sip before or through your mealtime. I’ve found that most people prefer their tablespoon of goodness integrated into soups, stews, salad dressings, etc.

Unlike syrups, as an alcohol-based preparation, Elder & Spice has a very long and stable shelf life. SHAKE IT OFF - WINTER SOAK FOR EASING CHILLS, ACHES, OR GENERAL MALAISE - 32 OZ
This powerful healing potion is made to accommodate both “bath people” and “non-bath people”. A blend of healing herbs and salts, Shake it Off can be used in a bath, shower scrub, or medicinal and revitalizing foot soak. That said, if you are feeling on the edge of getting sick I strongly recommend that you take the darn medicinal bath and then take yourself to bed.
To use, you will basically make a strong tea by placing one cup of the mixture into a quart jar, pouring boiling water over it, covering it and letting it infuse for at least a half hour. You can either pour this infused potion through a strainer (I like the herbs floating in the tub with me) straight into the tub, into a large bowl for foot soaking, and/or pouring it into something non-breakable that you can take into the shower with you to wash vigorously from head to toe.

While Hearthfire helps us navigate our days and what life in the outer world asks of us, Starry Night is a potent gathering of medicines to support our wellness in the imaginal and inner realms. Honoring the beauty and power inherent to mystery, darkness, and the dark half of the year, I created this bedside apothecary for people to use in the quieting hours of evening, and dreamtime. Motherwort leaves and flowers, hawthorne berries, and luscious red roses are all slow infused into organic brandy and then blessed with a touch of local honey and deep port wine to bring about the experience of levity and sweetness. Passionflower is an outstanding nerve tonic and general anti-anxiety aid and I am blessed to have her covering the Eastrn wall in my backyard during later summer months. I have learned of her vast beauty and efficacy through many years of relationship and direct experience. Deep Rest is a simple mixture to honor our body’s need for rest, espeically in the time of descending and dreaming, the dark half of the year. I quite literally keep this one at my bedside so that it is there if and when I need it most: feeling edgy before bed, waking consumed with racing thoughts or worry. A couple droppers full of Passiflora (or Maypop), will take the edge off and make it easier to get good rest. It can also be helpful for public speaking or any situation you have preemptive anxiety about.
